What's the point...

... in blogging anyway? Seriously, I have been thinking about this recently, when few people have called my attention to the fact that I had not posted anything for quite a long time. I am thinking why am I blogging actually and what are the possible reasons for blogging?
Well, the easiest explanation can be found in case of people, who are abroad currently. They want to update their friends back home about their life and also about the country, where they are staying. But I am not abroad anymore, so there has to be something else.
For me the blog is basically a notice board of my mind, I put there thoughts, ideas, experiences, which enter my mind but I don't want to lock them inside, I better let them echo with the outside world. On the other hand I don't see a reason to write posts like "I was at LTC and it was AMAAAZZZIINNGGG....."... because why? Those, who were there, they know how it was, those who were not there... well, how much would they get from reading such post?
If I should find something worth sharing, it would be a chaotic medley of random points... but actually why not? So here it goes, my main learnings and remarks from the past few weeks:
- Snow is not a very outdoor-game-friendly thing. Changing the game locations 30 minutes before the games' start is not a very faci-friendly step...
- To welcome trainees with a snow battle... hmm... should we implement this in reality?
- Quote of FEEL 2006: "Remember, if you are eating your lunch, it may be actually somebody's school assignment".
- Delegates sometimes go to sleep at 5AM. Conference Manager sometimes wakes up at 5 AM.
- If I had pink hair and piercing in my nose it would not raise as many questions as my enormous laptop bag.
- Our teacher was speaking about some simulation model, which has simulated the functioning of the world... he said it had 12 variables - I would definitely like to know what variables they were.
- I fell in love with the humour of Monty Python - I can't believe that something so great could be hidden from me until now:)
- I have decided to overcome my music prejudices and I have tried some music from Italy (and even sang in Italian!) and I liked it - try Le Orme, Premiata Forneria Marconi

To that laptop bag - I remember Ondro's quote: "With this bag every computer becomes movable (prenosny)".
